Seventeen volunteers from the All Saints' Episcopal Church in Atlanta have helped a newly-refugee family from Uganda.

In a Facebook post on Friday, Nov. 19, the All Saints' Episcopal Church said its 17 members have helped move everything needed for a new home for the Namakula family and a new refugee family from Uganda.

According to the church's post, wonderful donations from the members of the church were provided to the Namakula family.

The All Saints' Episcopal Church said the new refugee family was touched by the kindness and care of the church members. They said volunteers are needed to assist the family with grocery shopping, planning a kid-friendly outing, showing them how to use MARTA and laundry facilities, and other resettlement activities.
