Two of our rhythms at Ecclesia is to serve others and to be hospitable. As the school year is about to begin, there are many children of refugee families who are going to beginning their school year. Our partners at Houston Welcomes Refugees help stand in the gap and provide mentoring and kits for families as they enter the USA.
We invite you to share your resources and take part in this year's Houston Welcomes Refugees Kid's Kit drive. We will be collecting complete Kid's Kits on Sunday, August 14th and Sunday, August 21st at our Downtown location. Please drop off completed Kid's Kits at the connect table.
Gender- and age-neutral backpacks and supplies only.
