The Generous Giving and First Baptist Orlando were honored as 'Certified Best Christian Workplace' in 2022.

Best Christian Workplaces

On Wednesday, Feb. 1, Best Christian Workplaces (BCW) recognized 241 faith-based organizations and Christian-owned enterprises as Certified Best Christian Workplaces for 2022.

According to the article, these organizations demonstrate an outstanding dedication that builds and protects a vital workplace.

They also prioritize healthy working relationships among coworkers and managers.

Their dedication is significant at a time when many organizations continue to face challenges related to the ongoing shift away from virtual and hybrid work environments.

As stated by the CEO of BCW, Jay Bransford, even though many workers claim to be more productive in their work location, the arrangement can also offer difficulties.

The organizations' leaders understand which aspects of their culture are negatively affected due to the actionable data and feedback from their employee engagement survey of Best Christian Workplaces.

The survey results highlighted the employees' side in rising labor costs when they faced high inflammation and low employment rate.

The data and feedback from Best Christian Workplace helped many organizations to notice the impact of salary on their employees' motivation and engagement in their work.

Moreover, CEO Jay Bransford said leaders must sometimes explain their compensation philosophy and benefits to their people.

In other circumstances, employers have decided to reevaluate salary, benefits, and career paths opportunities offered.

Accordingly, employees now have more options to choose where they want to work and how they want their workplace to be set out in terms of location and atmosphere.

Thus, businesses that emphasize the well-being of their employees have a significant competitive advantage.

BCW is filled with optimism and expectation for the year ahead due to the 241 organizations acknowledged today for setting the gold standard for excellence in employee engagement.

The 2022 Certified Best Christian Workplaces list includes faith-based nonprofits, camps and conferences, churches, Christian schools, and Christian-owned enterprises from the United States, Canada, Australia, Thailand, and Zambia.

Certified firms must meet the required scoring via BCW's comprehensive employee engagement survey, which their employees validate.

Generous Giving

The Maclellan Foundation reportedly founded Generous Giving in 2000.

It begins with the idea that the followers of Christ could be inspired to make a fresh, spirit-led commitment to generosity through conversation.

The organization's mission is to share the message of generosity found in the Bible to cultivate more generous givers, particularly among those who have been given much.

They currently host discussions about God and money but never ask participants to donate or anything else in return.

Therefore, their experiences give thousands of people a renewed sense of purpose, stronger families, more passionate marriages, and closer relationships with God.

First Baptist Orlando

Based on its website, First Baptist Orlando's mission is to be disciples of Jesus Christ and encourage others to follow in his footsteps.

No matter where people are on the spiritual path or how long they have been a follower of God, they will sincerely greet them with warmth and familiarity.

Accordingly, the church is also on a journey to learn more about Jesus and become more like him.
