Canvas Church in San Francisco will launch the Rooted Experience on Sept. 11, Sunday, at 4 p.m. The event seeks to help individuals grow deeper in terms of their faith, community, and purpose.

Rooted Experience Launch

Rooted Experience is a journey of 10 weeks duration that participants will undertake alongside the other members of their Rooted Group.

According to the church post, during the course of the Rooted Experience, they will develop a deeper comprehension of the scripture narrative, individually and collectively, and chances to serve others and make a difference in the world.

It also stated that after they have completed the Rooted Experience, they will continue to grow in their faith together inside their Rooted Group, which will become some of the most meaningful friendships in their lives.

As per the post, the church strongly recommends that they make it a priority to attend the Rooted Experience for at least eight out of the ten total weeks in order for them to get the most out of it.

In addition, in order to join a group, participants are required to demonstrate that they are able to attend the Rooted Launch.

When a Rooted Group has at least 13 members and 1-2 persons have volunteered to be Rooted Leaders, Canvas will initiate new groups.

Hosting "Belong" Event

As Canvas Church seeks new congregation members, they will host a "Belong" event on Sept. 4, at 12 p.m., right after their Sunday services.

As stated in an announcement, the Belong event is a fantastic chance to become involved in the Canvas community and discover a sense of belonging within the Canvas family.

It also stated that participants would have the opportunity to speak with members of the Canvas Team, listen to the company's vision, and gain insight into how they, too, can belong to and contribute to that vision.

All the above information is available on the church's website, where they can sign up or register to join those events.

About Canvas Church

The purpose of the Canvas Church in San Francisco is to lead people to their Creator, helping them become fully living followers of Jesus.

Every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., Canvas hosts get-togethers at Building D, located at 2 Marina Blvd. They maintain a length of approximately 75 minutes for each of their services.

At the beginning and the end of their Sunday Gathering, they have a period set apart for worship and reflection, respectively.

Everyone is welcome to spend some time for themselves to pray and think, or they can engage in the conversation at whatever level feels most natural to them.

According to the church's website, the teachings that they offer at Canvas are largely influenced by the principles that may be found in the Bible.

They put forth a lot of effort to ensure that the ancient teachings of the Bible are translated in a way that is appropriate for their lives and the world in which they live today.

The Canvas community is a welcoming and accepting place for people of different backgrounds and beliefs, regardless of people being true believers, skeptics, homosexuals, straight, Republicans, Democrats, supporters of the Warriors, or have been duped into rooting for the other team.

The congregation has faith that they can be themselves in the Canvas community.
