St. Paul’s Lutheran Church will host a Breakfast in Bethlehem on Dec.4. Gabriel’s Gift shop will open on the same date. These two events will be among St. Paul’s activities for welcoming the Christmas Season.

Breakfast in Bethlehem, Gabriel’s Gift Shop

St. Paul’s Lutheran Church includes Breakfast in Bethlehem on its web updates for the week. The church will host this event and open Gabriel’s Gift Shop simultaneously on Dec. 4.

Both the Breakfast in Bethlehem and the opening of Gabriel’s Gift Shop start at 8:30 a.m. The church invites everyone to come to this special morning in celebration of the first Christmas.

St. Paul’s also prepares for serving sumptuous breakfast and festive music announcing the birth of Jesus. Additionally, the church also includes a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy. At Breakfast in Bethlehem, everyone will have the chance to witness a live petting zoo, experience photo zone, crafts, cookie walk, Servant Project, and Christmas Caroling.

The activities also include a Christmas puppet show by the H.I.S Puppeteers. Aside from having fun, families can participate in the Servant Project that will bless families in need.

Kids can also visit Gabriel’s Gift Shop and buy presents for their family members. Gabriel’s Gift Shop opens on Dec. 4 from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. All gifts cost $1.

In preparation for this event, St. Paul’s is asking for gift donations. It asks for new or like-new items for moms, dads, grandpas, and grandmas. The church is currently accepting these donations, which need to be dropped – off at the marked red bins at St. Paul’s. Moreover, the organizers are also looking for volunteers for Gabriel’s Gift Shop.

They would be assigned as Gift Shop Helpers, Shopping Angels, and Gift Wrappers.

Women’s Candlelight Celebration

This Dec. 5, the women of St. Paul’s will hold a candlelight celebration. As stated on the same website, the church welcomes Advent in a spirit of worship, inspiration, and peace. Prepare for Jesus, St. Paul’s Advent Candlelight Celebration is a chance for women of all ages and girls eight and above to focus on Jesus.

The event is free of charge, but a freewill offering will be most welcomed. The event will take place at the Gymnasium from 6:30 p.m.
