Derrick Fowler

Pastor married his high school sweetheart. Theresa Riggins in 1980 and they have three adult children and one son in law. He has served Mt. Olivet since Jan 1994. Prior to coming to Mt. Olivet Derrick and Theresa served as Youth Minister at New Hope Baptist Church in Mableton and Cochran Ridge Baptist Church in Hiram.

We are unashamedly Baptist worshiping Jesus Christ in truth and in spirit. All scripture is taken from the King James Bible as the only accurate English translation available. Since 1859 our mission has been and remains the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and ministering to our community.
