Principal Responsibilities:
The Assistant Media Director will work with the media director to provide strategic over-site for church-wide media department responsibilities. This position will assist in managing the media systems across our multiple campuses. The position will work in collaboration with departments and ministries to ensure media needs are met with excellence for various meetings and events.

Specific Duties and Expectations:

1. Work on site during our weekly services.
2. Assist in maintaining and repairing media equipment as needed.
2. Help to develop strategic plans to facilitate the media needs of our weekly services.
4. Work with volunteers and develop their skills
5. Stay informed on methods, materials, principles, procedures, and administration as related to Media

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Ability work well in a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional technical skills managing and troubleshooting media equipment
  • Working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems
  • Manage multiple teams, and projects
  • Ability to work independently and also in a team environment

Education and Experience:

  • Three to five years of experience in live production environments.
  • Proven experience in leadership, team-building, creative thinking, systems management and problem solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
