Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing
Holy Spirit Preparatory School is seeking an exceptional, enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our school. The Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing will be an integral part of our Admissions Team. The Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing will work closely with the Director of Admissions and Marketing and the Admissions Associate and will be involved in all aspects of our Preschool - 12th grade admissions process, namely leading tours for prospective families and assisting families through the admissions process which includes conducting applicant interviews and tracking and reviewing candidate applications. The Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing is also responsible for producing digital and print ads as well as managing our application database in Ravenna. The Associate Director of Admissions and Marketing is a non-exempt, full-time, full schedule position which reports to the Director of Admissions and Marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education or related field
Educational or professional experience with proven results in the areas of marketing and communication.
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment with a commitment to teamwork, service, leadership, and growth.
Possess solid technology skills for producing digital and print communications and marketing.
Experience working with enrollment management software and ad design software is preferred.
Practicing and informed Catholic in communion with the Holy Roman Catholic Church who knows and follows the precepts of the Church is preferred.
