Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Provide production support weekend & mid-week services that occur in the V1, V3, & V1 Chapels. This Includes but no limited to: Fusion, Youth HS & MS, Victory Kids and Vida
Evaluate and review what production support is needed
Manages live streaming equipment for services, classes, and special events.
Responsible for the Audio/Visual recording of services, classes, and special events.
Responsible for ensuring all audio, video, lighting systems are ready for use.
Responsible for ensuring a clean work area in the Chapel Sanctuary prior to every service, class, special event. (FOH, Backstage, & Camera Dock)
Scheduling production positions needed for services, classes, and special events.
Provide production support for special events in the V1, V2, V3 Chapels.
Participate in planning & production meetings prior to the event.
Gather production resources for ministries.
Assist in scheduling production volunteers as needed
Manage General Maintenance of the Chapel Sanctuary
Coordinate stage & backstage cleanings
Coordinate & Collaborate with Staging of the Chapel
Organization of FOH & Monitor Stations
Review & restock audio inventory as needed
Coordinate repair of audio, video, lighting, and staging systems
Volunteer Coordinator Responsibilities
Volunteer Development:
Help develop ministry Standard Operating Procedures for all production positions in the Chapel, V2 Sanctuary.
Coordinate with NOR Production Team on training volunteers on all audio/visual systems in chapel (including live streaming)
Assist in planning team gatherings
Assist in discipleship & reproduction of team leads
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with T1 Special events that Occur on the NOR campus.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
General knowledge of audio, video and lighting systems as they pertain to ministry environments.
Physical agility (lift 30 pounds, pull, bend, climb, push, crawl, etc.) to support production set up for activities and events.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record to operate church-owned and rental vehicles.
Planning Center Online web-based software.

Knowledge of both Mac and Microsoft 365 Office Suite software.
