OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and the world. The role of the 515 Community Groups Coordinator is to help build Passion City Church by working alongside the Community Groups Team, assisting and serving these teams, and providing support where needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, prep, sort, and organize all needs for 5 – 6 Community Group nights per year + working with Door Holder for coordination and execution of all plans
- Identify + recruit Connect Group Leaders and ensure that the onboarding process is smooth for the new leaders
- Actively participating in Welcome to Church to help people find their spot at Passion City Church
- Manage a systematic process to ensure people of our House get plugged into a Connect Group
- Coordinate leader training to equip leaders logistically and spiritually
- Assist the 515 Community Groups Director with any special projects throughout the year (Block Parties, Community Group Leadership Nights, Dinner Parties, etc.)
- Communicate with Community Group leaders regularly and managing team correspondence
