Purpose:

This position will support the growing demands of the church staff and facilities maintenance, with a concentration and ownership of the lighting/ceiling tiles throughout the campus.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Serve as a primary point of contact in every area of Facilities communication (may include written, digital, verbal,) with people both internal and external to Victory.
  • Prioritize and manage all correspondence to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
  • Manage the Facilities Services calendar.
  • Facilitate meeting arrangements and preparation (agendas, notes, logistics, and follow-through).
  • Procure office supplies, equipment, or other items as requested.
  • Complete monthly financial processes (i.e. invoice submission, credit card receipts).
  • Assist Director with Facilities activities, including project/construction management, team/campus communication, vendor relations and a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Work with Victory teams across all campuses to ensure completion of Facilities initiatives.
  • Flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

This position's schedule is Sunday - Thursday

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in facility management environment or equivalent is preferred.
  • Administrative experience is required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite of products and Mac environments
  • Knowledgeable in Facility remote management software.
