Skills Qualifications:
2+ years’ Customer Service experience in a call center environment
Fluency in English;
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Exchange (email system)
**Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Available to work Overtime as needed
