PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required
  • Answer telephone and reply to email communications submitted to the Print & Data Center as needed
  • Receive and provide confirmation of receipt and job status of various job submissions and print requests
  • Preparing quote for print request
  • Perform Pre-Press print file set up and imposition using various software to include but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or newer), EFI Fiery CWS 5, Creo
  • Monitor job proofs for correct color image quality output
  • Perform data and mail list processing using Accuzip Software to perform Presort, NCOA, CASS and DPV postal validations for USPS compliance Perform file selectivity and provide analytical reports based on selectivity results
  • Maintain daily production logs and complete weekly production reports
  • Review department processes to ensure all S.O.P. are being properly implemented
  • Records and updates Budgets for Manufacturing Operations for submission to the Accounting department
  • Communicates with vendor regarding weekly and monthly quotes, also Intacct
  • Other duties as assigned by MOD Print and Data Center Manager and Executive Administrator Office

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP

Education and Related Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year experience in a position that required use of Adobe Creative Suite (CS6 or newer), EFI Fiery Command Work Station 4, Creo, Microsoft Office (97 or newer)
  • Knowledge base of USPS Postal qualifications and verifications needed for submitting Presorted, First Class & Metered Mail

Technical Skill and Knowledge

Materials and Equipment Operating Knowledge

  • Operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers and associated software
  • Operating knowledge of and experience with typical office equipment, such as telephones, copier, fax machine
  • Operating knowledge of digital printing software comparable to networked digital print production systems and industry standard design software

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Normal warehouse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
