QUALIFICATIONS
- A follower of Jesus with with active church membership and attendance
- Embrace Rehoboth's vision and statement of faith
- Be a continual learner
- Have at least 5 years of administrative and facility oversight experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing the church facilities staff and the housekeeping contractor
- Utilizing sanpfix, our cloud-based/app software for communicating and coordinating facility repairs
- Coordinating with the security team
- Building and maintaining relationships with the congregation and community
- Serving alongside Rehoboth staff and volunteers to coordinate facility and resource use, setup and scheduling in order to advance ministry efforts
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, renting church equipment and facilities, and enforcing church policies for facility use
- Interfacing with vendors, contractors, staff, and volunteers concerning facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Assisting the Sr. Pastor with budget planning, cost savings, and personnel coordination
- Other ministry duties as needed
SALARY
- Competitive, based on education and experience

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
