QUALIFICATIONS

  • A follower of Jesus with with active church membership and attendance
  • Embrace Rehoboth's vision and statement of faith
  • Be a continual learner
  • Have at least 5 years of administrative and facility oversight experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the church facilities staff and the housekeeping contractor
  • Utilizing sanpfix, our cloud-based/app software for communicating and coordinating facility repairs
  • Coordinating with the security team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the congregation and community
  • Serving alongside Rehoboth staff and volunteers to coordinate facility and resource use, setup and scheduling in order to advance ministry efforts
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, renting church equipment and facilities, and enforcing church policies for facility use
  • Interfacing with vendors, contractors, staff, and volunteers concerning facility operations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Assisting the Sr. Pastor with budget planning, cost savings, and personnel coordination
  • Other ministry duties as needed

SALARY

  • Competitive, based on education and experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
