ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate Launch classes, including scheduling, promoting, and executing.
- Raise up and train Launch table leaders and baptism storytellers
- Promote baptism across our House to increase number of baptisms year over year
- Schedule baptisms for Sundays and other gatherings
- Screen all baptism applications to ensure individuals are ready for baptism
- Pair individuals to be baptized with a storyteller
- Organize baptism logistics for each gathering, partnering with Experience Teams
- Partner with creative and pastoral team for baptism programming details
- Follow up with individuals who were baptized to provide next steps and video of their baptism
- Collect and report attendance and other data points to measure success of baptism and Launch.
- Assist Care Team and Access Team in responding to ALIVE text system for special events such as Easter and Christmas Eve

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
- 4 year bachelor degree
- Competent in explaining concepts and processes verbally and in written form
- Displays follow through and diligence to see a task to completion with attention to detail
- Shows knowledge and understand of essential theology
