Greenhouse Teams
& Events Coordinator
Overview
Support the work of Atlanta Christian Church through the management of our volunteer teams (Greenhouse), and by coordinating all major calendar events.
Essentials
Greenhouse
- Maintain church database
- Oversee the scheduling of all volunteer teams
- Manage onboarding of new volunteers
- Assist with team training events and workshops
Events Coordinator
- Manage logistics of calendar events (registrations, teams, vendors, etc.)
- Oversee event communication and messaging
- Maintain budget of each event
Other Tasks
- Church-wide email newsletters (Monday & Friday)
- Assist with weekend building setup
- Weekly reporting of attendance and offering stats
Needed Skills
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Publication software experience (Pages, Illustrator, etc.)
Good communication and people skills
Attention to detail, organization, and time management
Filing and organization
Hours & Pay
Part-Time: 20hrs a week (onsite and remote)
Salary: $18,200 (paid bi-weekly)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18,200.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Atlanta, GA 30318: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
