Description:
PURPOSE
Support campus ministries and the church vision by providing excellent products for live events. Coordinate with staff, contractors, and volunteers to execute live events.
RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Cross-train in two or more production areas, i.e., video, audio, and lighting.
Set up and operate equipment for live events.
Actively participate in volunteer recruitment, care, and training.
Provide day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of live event spaces.
Assist with upgrades, installation, organization, repair, and deployment of A/V equipment.
Collaborate to facilitate team-building activities and meetings.
Strategically plan for team health, growth, and creativity.
Collaborate with creative teams on staging and develop the ability to take ideas from concept to execution.
Maintain working knowledge of stage production, set design, and department programs.
Continually assess and improve upon departmental processes.
Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of live production equipment operator experience preferred.
Physical ability to lift 30 pounds, pull, bend, climb and crawl supports production set-up activities.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of both Mac environment and Microsoft 365 software.
I know of Planning Center Online and Basecamp software.
