PURPOSE
The purpose of the House Engineer is to manage the implementation of excellence in audio quality.
REQUIRED
1. Church Services (Weekend/Midweek Experience)
2. Special Services (Prayer, Funerals, Weddings, Graduations)
3. Team Night (Weekend Rehearsals)
4. Conferences
5. Events (Thankful, Christmas Events, GOU, etc)
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Aid In Audio Design In All Audio Environments & Atmospheres
2. Aid In System Operation & Utilization
3. Aid In The Management Of The Campus Audio Inventory
4. Aid In Maintaining The Organization Of The Audio Protocol & Procedure Checklist
5. Aid In Maintaining The Audio Uniformity Throughout Ministries
6. Aid In The Weekly Stem Pre-Production With Music Director
7. Responsible For Effective & Efficient Stage Prep
8. Aid ln Managing Innovation, Integration, & Adaptation For Audio Elevations
9. Aid In Recruiting, Coaching, & Training Audio Volunteers
10. Required To Accomplish Service Goals Communicated By Worship Director/Campus Pastor/Ministry Leader
COMPETENCIES
1. Flexibility, Discipline, And Organization
2. Large Music Genre Vocabulary: CCM, Gospel, Rock, Southern Gospel, Latin, Jazz
3. High Level Of Knowledge On Audio Consoles: M7, X32
4. Recording/Software Knowledge On Logic, Pro Tools, Ableton
