Your success in this full-time role will help advance key WEA ministries which touch a wide variety of issues such as religious freedom and persecution, peace and reconciliation, church growth, evangelism, church leader training and more
Reporting to the Director of Development of this new WEA department the MGO is responsible for identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of high value donors and foundations, primarily but not exclusively in North America. The candidate must be highly experienced in the above practices, wellconnected, agreeable with WEA policies, globally minded and passionate about the work of the evangelical church worldwide. The WEA maintains offices in New York, Bonn, Geneva, and Manila. This is primarily a work-at-home position which also requires travel. Salary range $75,000 - $100,000 plus benefits.
