PURPOSE:
The Men's Ministry Pastor works alongside the Sr Executive Pastor in overseeing and developing Men’s Ministry across all Victory Church Campuses. This position will come with a training period for as long as it takes to prepare for official launch of the ministry in 2023.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
Oversee and develop a Men’s movement in keeping with the vision of Victory Church.
Assists in recruiting, training and caring for Men’s team across all Victory campuses.
Plan and execute strategies for cultivating strong families by partnering with Marriage Ministry, Youth & Young Adult Ministries, and Children’s Ministry.
Build the church by mobilizing men in serving on ministry teams.
Develop men’s small groups strategy in collaboration with campus leads who will help recruit, train, and care for leaders and coaches on each campus.
Organize and execute Men’s Conference for the global Victory church
Help each campus Men’s Ministry lead to cultivate local community as well as domestic and international service and outreach among men.
Manage ministry budget.
Create and maintain relationships with Men’s ministries from outside churches.
Serves in related areas as needed.
PASTORAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Senior Leadership will determine which duties apply to this specific role)
All Pastors must complete the Victory Pastoral Development process (Required for all Pastors).
Be trained to serve as “Pastor on Duty” in a rotation with other pastors.
Participate in rotating schedule for weddings, funerals and other events as requested.
Lead or attend a Small Group.
Complete Forward Classes and Forward Weekend. (Required for all Pastors)

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Ministry degree in Ministerial Leadership or related field preferred.
Ability to cast vision and lead a large team
Ability to communicate from the platform
Proven ability to implement strategies with a history of exceptional oversight
3+ years of leadership experience in supervising both ministry and administrative staff members
Proficient in Mac and Microsofft 365 applications
