OBJECTIVE
To assist the 515 Passion Kids + bloom team by leading and developing the team of 515 Passion Kids Door Holders, along with executing Sunday needs, in hopes to create an atmosphere of faith, encouragement, worship and truth for elementary aged kids at Passion City Church.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the overall vision and execution of 515 bloom and Passion Kids
- Oversee and manage all 515 Passion Kids Door Holders (Tent Leaders, Coaches, Large Group Hosts, and 515 Passion Kids Host Team) for 515 Passion Kids gatherings and events
- Continually recruit, onboard, disciple, and develop Door Holders – manage placement, connection, and growth
- Develop content and execute training events for all Door Holders
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of Tent Leaders, Coaches, and Passion Kids Host Team
- Ensure the Special Needs department is staffed and equipped on a weekly basis
- Create and maintain a healthy Door Holder structure
- Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ways to care for Door Holders, which includes organization, direction, and execution of Door Holder care, appreciation, events; leading Coaches in caring for the Door Holders under their care; recruit and maintain Door Holders for the following roles: caller of new Passion Kids families, writing Passion Kids Door Holder birthday cards, Passion Kids flip team, Passion Kids care team
- Brainstorm, develop, and execute creative ways to care for 515 Passion Kids Families and create and execute opportunities for Families and Door Holders to interact
- Assist the 515 Passion Kids + bloom Leader in the planning, execution, and promotion of all Passion Kids series, events, and projects: project examples include but are not limited to family gifts, Easter and Christmas activity bags, new family resources; event examples include but are not limited to Passion Kids Baptisms, Family Parades, Worship Events
- Co-lead events such as the Passion Kids Team Night and other events outlined by 515 Passion Kids + bloom Team Leader
- Lead and implement the weekly tasks necessary to make Sundays happen with excellence, which includes tent set-up and tear-down, organization of environment and supplies (including the Door Holder Space, Special Needs, Tent needs), purchasing, execution, and implementation of curriculum needs, purchasing and setup of all Large Group needs, and organization of all curriculum and supplies, including the Passion Kids Storage Closet and all Passion Kids spaces
- Manages 515 Passion Kids expenses and team organization
