Qualified candidates for this position offer:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Understanding of affordable housing fundamentals, market dynamics, and economic and demographic driver
- 2-5 years of experience in a multifamily and/or affordable housing real estate, preferably with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit experience.
