Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-department staff.
- Direct the work of support staff.
- Manage department or team budgets.
- Manage department or team projects and workflow.
- Supervise employees to ensure that goals are accomplished.
- Coordinate the activities of support staff with those of other departments or teams.
- Identify and resolve emerging problems in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for decisions that impact the entire department or team.
