OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:

This employee fulfills all phases of product development for sermon series, partner letter products, product inserts and other product development assignments. Individual will work with the Marketing team and Designers to initiate the creation of sermon series collateral designs and the designs for any applicable new products. Additional tasks will include communication with product vendors, initiating product codes, overseeing product detail sheet creation, Info Requirement sheets and completion and communication with Partnership and Media teams. This individual also works with the writers to compile and complete backliners and product offer scripts. This individual also works with Retail Manager to coordinate speaking engagements retail merchandising as needed.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Cataloging sermon series and creating titles for those sermon series with media

· Coordination of all graphic design components for sermon series and products

· Initiates back liners, scripts and information documents for sermon series and other products

· Works with retail and MOD to have sermon series uploaded as products into the e-store for use

· Works with Media to have sermon series spots created

· Creation and execution of all Monthly Partner Letter Products

· Creation and execution of all Product Inserts

· Creation and execution for all event merchandise and products as needed

· Liaison for Media, Customer Service, MOD and Retail Departments

· Assists with product merchandising for speaking engagements and subsequent speaking engagement accounting requests as need

· Employs quick turn-around while maintaining accuracy

· Prioritizes assignments, juggles multiple tasks, and meets multiple deadlines

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEADERSHIP:

· Attends and initiates meetings for departmental and personal professional development

· Attends meetings for developing and producing outside work orders

· Consults published professional materials, and Internet resources for further education in the latest rules for style, formatting, spelling, punctuation, and grammar

EDUCATION:

· A Bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism is preferred. Candidates degreed in Communications or a related field may also apply. Documentedcomparable work or volunteer experience may be considered.

EXPERIENCE:

· A minimum of three years work experience as a content creator, CMOS, AP, CWMS required. Experience in editing and writing a plus.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

· Creative

· Ability to coordinate projects and workflows

· Detail oriented, flexible, creative, and dependable

· Proven ability in managing multiple tasks effectively and efficiently

· Extremely familiar with the industry’s elements of style

· Proficient in MS Word and Internet usage

· Highly skilled in the use of proper spelling and grammar

· Able to work well under deadline pressure

· Quick learner and self-motivated; takes the initiative to complete important assignments and meet deadlines

· Works well with the teams

· Submissive to authority and to the vision of World Changers Ministries

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Normal office environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
