Security Duties:
Serve as primary point of contact for campus LSM volunteer and contract personnel including security, Health and Wellness, third-party contractors and law enforcement.
Manage and maintain daily operations of access control, CCTV and intrusion detection systems. Coordinate regular maintenance and services of those systems as needed with security director.
Serve as a coach to all campus Life Safety team members, providing spiritual and emotional ministry support.
Serve as department liaison between Victory Church ministries for campus specific activity and special event planning and coordination. Review daily opening and closing procedures, incident reports, and counseling forms from contracted
Security personnel; ensure all actions are properly documented, adhere to policy and are filed appropriately.
Review incident and medical reports for accuracy to forward to director for final review.
Collaborate with department administrative assistant to process serving requests, contact and schedule new volunteer orientations, conduct interviews and interest meetings.
Inspect and maintain medical supplies, Automated External Defibrillators, equipment and training aids, schedules repairs or replacement as necessary.
Facilitate the creation and distribution of access control and ID cards for campus specific needs.
Order and stock supplies for security office, volunteer, medical and contract teams.
Responsible for weekly/monthly scheduling of all LSM volunteers and contractor personnel.
Function as certified Basic Life Support instructor, facilitate approved training curriculum for all LSM personnel including staff, contractors and volunteers.
Function as and facilitate approved training curriculum for all LSM volunteers.
Schedule annual background checks for ministry volunteers.
Serve as armed member of the Pastoral Protection Team, providing close protection of pastors and special guest during services and special events.
Demonstrate proficiency, knowledge of, and possess personal firearm during performance of all duties.
Answer and respond to burglar and fire alarms, during or after regular business hours. Assist with the facilitation of fire and evacuation drills throughout the year.

Facility Services Duties:
Make sure the visual appearance and physical integrity of Victory Church Properties are well kept and maintained using pro-active maintenance procedures to assure that we are up to code for all fire and safety inspections.
Complete a weekly Quality Control walk through of the campus and report to VFS director appropriately
Responsible for maintaining a level of safety precautions and procedures complying within OSHA regulations.
Ensuring that the Victory Church parking lots and grounds are maintained and presented at a level of excellence.
Responsible for set-up/tear down of campus level tier 3 & 4 events. Communicate with VFS Director for campus needs and additional support requests.
Scheduling preventative maintenance and service for elevators and other building maintenance scheduled items.
Communicate campus events to VFS director for appropriate GFS schedule.

Requirements:
3+ years Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience preferred.
High School diploma/GED and/or equivalent work experience.
Eligible to obtain Georgia Weapons Carry License, carry and be proficient with personally owned firearm.
Valid Georgia driver’s license.
Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, running, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing.
Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
Knowledge of both Mac environment and Microsoft Office 365 software.
Reliable transportation to travel between campuses
