We are seeking an experienced Technology Associate to join our team. The Technology Associate serves as the primary interface both internally with staff and externally with 3rd party vendors for Fellowship Roswell. This is an on-site position (Sunday thru Thursday) that may require occasional virtual support after-hours.
Network Administration
- Serve as the primary interface for 3rd party vendor. While on-site, manage and resolve ticket requests from staff and at times ministry volunteers.
- Configure/maintain all Office 365 services (licenses, access, software, mailboxes, etc.).
- Maintain 3rd party services used by Fellowship Roswell staff (Touchpoint, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Maintain internet related services (primary and secondary internet access, website and hosting services, Name Server domain records, SSL Certificates, etc.)
Help Desk
- Provide as-needed support for equipment provided by Fellowship Roswell (Kiosk check-in, copiers/printers, telephone equipment/voicemail, etc.).
Budgeting/Inventory Management
- Prepare fiscal year budget and ministry action plans that complement and support the mission and vision of Fellowship Roswell.
- Maintain inventory of needed IT related items (laptops, cables, adapters, batteries, etc.).
Customer Service
- Maintain a cooperative spirit assisting others when needed or requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
