- Demonstrates leadership skills, including establishing a collective vision, strategic planning, problem solving, resolving conflict, negotiation, providing counsel and guidance, effective listening, and decision making.
- Implement the relevant portions of the College strategic plan.
- Lead initial accreditation process and subsequent reviews.
- Prepare Sattler Colleges academic budget for the academic year.
- Distribute yearly faculty evaluation forms and coordinate ongoing faculty assessment and development.
- Organize, prepare and coordinate the publication of the Catalogue for Sattler College.
- Coordinate scheduling and other activities with Registrars Office.
- Coordinate activities with Admissions Office and resolve issues with incoming student files.
- Organize and coordinate faculty and staff to ensure the effective and efficient administration of academic programs and educational endeavors.
- Communicate, correspond or meet with students and professors to resolve disputes.
- Represent the school in various functions within the academic community, Church, and state.
- Communicate, correspond or meet with parents on student issues.
- Communicate, correspond or meet with clergy and community leaders on student recruitment and related issues.
- Examine and propose academic cooperative endeavors with other area Colleges.
- Participate and attend national conferences (TRACS) related to college and its programs.
