Blessed Trinity Parish in Littleton/Westford is currently looking for a part-time Faith Formation/Confirmation Administrative Assistant to join their team. The person in this position would work with the Confirmation and 8th Grade Director of Faith Formation to provide administrative support for a vibrant Confirmation Program consisting of nearly 400 students and over 100 catechists and volunteers. This position would be 10 hours a week.
Duties:
Computer:
Manage Confirmation Database
Process Registrations
Create Class lists, Generate reports, Maintain mailing lists/Mailing labels
Update Website
Communicate by email with catechists/parents/volunteers as needed
Confirmation Income:
Process incoming payments
Maintain payment records
Send invoices
Manage petty cash
Sacramental Programs:
Type and assemble the worship aide for Confirmation
Acquire baptismal certificates
Type & prepare Confirmation certificates
Order and coordinate Confirmation robes
Record sacramental celebrations in the Sacramental Registers
Notify place of baptism with Confirmation information
Assist During Class time:
Sunday evening Confirmation Program
Manage Office Volunteers:
Coordinate, organize and schedule projects for office volunteers
Miscellaneous:
Support K-7 Administrative Assistant as needed
