Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in human service or related field working with children and families with 2 years relevant work experience. MSW or another Advanced Degree in human services field.
Experience with providing supervision including reflective, clinical, and administrative practice.
Knowledge of infant and child development and parent child attachment.
Knowledge of working with a trauma informed approach.
Strong computer literacy skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, outlook, power point)
Strong organizational skills.
Good observation and communication skills.
Experience working and collaborating in a multicultural environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bilingual preferred. Fluency in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Cape Verde Creole, Portuguese, and Vietnamese welcomed.
