Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. Experience working with faculty/departmental administrators in an academic setting. Knowledge of Federal regulations for managing higher education research administration. Knowledge of Boston College internal administrative/financial systems preferred. Ability to manage a complex workload with multiple competing demands and intense deadline pressure. Willingness and interest in participating in professional research administration organizations. Continuing professional education as provided by professional organizations (NCURA, SRA, etc.).
