Responsibilities
•
To manage the parish office in a Christian, professional, and efficient manner in order to serve both the parish staff and parishioners
•
To greet and assist parishioners in a Christian and professional manner and to assist them in their needs
•
To maintain the parish database
•
To accurately keep and record parish sacramental records
•
To answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the desired person
•
To assist the parish staff in needs that they may have
•
To accurately report each day’s financial transactions
•
To accurately record requests for masses and maintain the book which records the use of the various rooms in the church complex
•
Other responsibilities as the pastor may require
