Unique part-time customer service opportunity available! We are searching for someone reliable in the Boston Area. This is a part-time position. We close daily by 5:00pm. Must be available for an in person interview and able to start within two weeks.
Do you love helping people and learning new things? Would you enjoy working in the heart of Boston at a National Historic Landmark? Trinity Church is looking for a part-time Visitor Services Associate. Associates play a key role in providing a safe, fulfilling experience for visitors. As the first face visitors to Trinity encounter, Associates must be able to keep a positive, inviting attitude, and must be prepared to answer visitor questions related to Boston and Trinity. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering questions and providing outstanding customer service behind the register when selling tour tickets and merchandise. Trinity Church is a National Historic Landmark and one of the most important buildings in the history of American architecture.
Qualifications
Must be friendly, reliable and work well with a small team. Cash Handling & Customer Service experience is required. It is essential that you are self motivated and willing to take the initiative to get the job done. Love of art and architecture as well as knowledge of the Boston area a plus!
