The Chief Financial Officer and VP is responsible for the creation and compilation of all financial statements, reports, budget, and forecasts of the Fund's operations. This position is also responsible for overseeing and directing the work of our external auditors. They also direct and collaborate with the Fund's external securities attorneys in the preparation and annual approval of our Offering Circular - responding to specific requests of all 50 state's securities examiners.
