Catholic Charities’ Outpatient Mental Health Program is hiring an experienced, communicative and compassionate individual to serve as a Clinical Supervisor in our Cuyahoga County office. The program offers creative treatment and prevention programs that enhance the strengths of Cuyahoga County families while treating each individual with professionalism and respect. We have developed and hired two clinical staff for our pilot school-based program offering consultation and prevention service. We are a faith-based organization that provides professional services without regard to a person’s personal belief system. We provide comprehensive clinical assessments for mental health and/or substance abuse with ongoing counseling support and case management services. We offer quality services with the goal of providing help and creating hope for individuals from all walks of life, regardless of beliefs or circumstances.
What you will do:
- Supervise case management and counseling staff by overseeing their clinical documentation, managing productivity and provide ongoing case support.
- Supervise school-based pilot program offering consultation and prevention services in three local Catholic Schools .
- Provide clinical services such as assessment, counseling and/or case management services based on programmatic needs.
- Serve as a community liaison representing Catholic Charities to assist in the growth and mission of the agency.
- Participate in networking opportunities to expand clinical services for mental health and SUD programming.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
