Program Statement: Matt Talbot is a 60-day residential substance use treatment program for adult women who are struggling with addiction and may have a co-occurring mental health condition. This program is located in Cleveland and Lakewood, Ohio.
What will you do:
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to assigned staff/unit.
Facilitate daily team meeting and communicate effectively with residential treatment staff.
Monitor adherence to clinical documentation, electronic health records, and appropriately manage prior authorization timeframes.
Experience
Preferred
3 - 5 years: Relevant clinical work experience
3 - 5 years: Clinical Supervision experience
Education
Required
Masters or better in Social Work or related field
