The Catholic Charities Early Learning/Head Start program provides a high-quality, comprehensive approach for both children and families that includes early learning education, professional development, family engagement, health and nutrition, and mental health and disabilities services. What You Will Do:
Supervises the Family and Community Partnership Service area and ensures compliance with Federal (Head Start) standards and all other funding requirements related to family and community engagement, enrollment, and eligibility
Utilize the child database system to run reports, effectively monitor and identify Family Services indicators needing follow up. Address areas needing follow up with Family Advocates and ensure appropriate documentation in the database system.
Train family advocates in case management principles.
Trains staff on family engagement techniques to help maintain high attendance and participation program.
Develop strong community partnerships to help support parent and family needs.
Experience
Required
3 - 5 years: Experience working in social service environment, including experience with using case management principles in engaging families. experience working in Head Start (preferred)
