Responsibilities:
- Faciliate two 2-hour therapy groups on different residential units using identified curriculum.
- Complete documentation in electronic medical record by the end of shift and submit to Director.
- Ability to work in either men’s or women’s residential treatment programs.
- Effectively engage clients as evidenced by positive results on satisfaction surveys at the end of each session.
Experience
Required
- 2 year(s): Group Therapy experience
Preferred
- 2 year(s): Combination of education and experience normally represented by a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology.
