About the Advancement Department: Catholic Charities Advancement Department communicates and sustains the organization's good works. We are seeking a highly capable Integrated Marketing Specialist to assist in supporting the growth and expansion of the Catholic Charities brand through innovative and strategic marketing and communication strategy. You will plan, coordinate and implement advertising campaigns, develop marketing and collateral materials, collaborate with program leadership to support their needs, and much more. In this role, you will play an integral role in establishing Catholic Charities as a thought leader and first choice for assistance within the counties we serve. The ideal candidate is creative, flexible, organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and humorous. This position is based out of our Administrative Headquarters just west of Downtown Cleveland, but you should expect some travel throughout the eight counties of the Diocese of Cleveland.
What you will do:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining Catholic Charities' brand style and identity across print, broadcast, and digital mediums.
Support marketing and fundraising through marketing campaign development, collateral, marketing material design, message development, etc.
Manage multiple projects and work with a diverse network through our system.
Use data and best practices to create actionable recommendations.
Experience
Required
Must have the ability to develop and design marketing materials including brochures, signs, posters, and web graphics.
4 year(s): Experience with social media management platforms, including, Facebook Creator Studio and Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
2 year(s): Must have experience with Google platforms including Google Analytics and Google Ads.
2 year(s): Experience in marketing, programming and promotions, preferably within the nonprofit industry.
Preferred
Photography, videography and/or proven social media experience are assets.
Education

Bachelors or better in Journalism
Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field
Bachelors or better in Communication or related field
