Essential Job Duties

Plan and execute engaging activities for children which allow them to explore, play, and be creative.

Oversee children in the gym, classrooms, or outside on the playground area to ensure safety while they eat and play.

Work and communicate with classroom teachers regarding students as needed.

Oversee a smooth transition from classroom to lunchroom and playground and back to classroom.

Ensure that all school safety and staffing protocols are followed .

Communicate with Lower School Principal regularly regarding observations or student needs.
Education
Prefer BA in Education, but will consider experience leading children's programming in academic settings.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in an academic setting.
Prefer classroom management experience.
Spiritual

Regular attendee of an Evangelical Christian Church

Able to demonstrate the fruits of the spirit daily through interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
