OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Lakewood United Methodist Church (LUMC) is looking for an Office Administrator. This position provides effective leadership and oversight of the operational activities that includes office tasks, financial management, and human resource administration.

Works closely and in cooperation with the Pastoral Staff and key church committees and teams.

Required Qualifications

  • A disciple of Jesus Christ
  • An active member of a Christian church (worship and spiritual formation experience), and models standards and expectations of Christian Leadership
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, organization skills and attention to details
  • Strong initiative and self-directed with an ability to work independently as well as with others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent

Education

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in business management and administration or related field is preferred
