Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland.
- Direct and Supervise employees in order to ensure the agencies policies and procedures are followed in coordination with CARF standards, OhioMHAS Guidelines, ASAM Criteria and Managed Care expectations.
- Maintain the fidelity of existing evidence based programming such as Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Serve as link between client, behavioral health worker and referral source.
- Direct and Supervise preparation of required reports, client records and statistics. Working familiarity with program financial reports and ability to manage in line with financial expectations.
- Conduct staff meetings to discuss clinical issues, including but not limited to intakes, assessments, client progress via ASAM Criteria, and discharge planning.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection of any future professional personnel providing services for the program.
- Coordinate program efforts and maintain contact with other agency sites and internal agency departments including; Human Resources, Finance, IT, Advancement, etc. for joint planning and action.
- Perform other duties as necessary to accomplish objectives.
Experience
Preferred
3 - 5 years: LICDC-CS, LISW-S or LPCC-S required. Dual licensure in mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
3 year(s): Ability to teach and coach staff to achieve strong assessment, treatment and case management skills to achieve superior client and program outcomes.
3 - 5 years: Relevant experience.
