Responsibilities:
- Under direction, ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland.
- Establish and implement policies, rules, practices, methods and standards for payroll.
- Review and reconcile payroll.
- Collaborate within the department or with other locations to resolve any discrepancies.
- Make appropriate corrections to journal entries.
- Calculate and post employee earnings, including overtime, sick, vacation, and pay.
- Time card verification and reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Process all changes in employee payroll.
- Calculate and post all required and voluntary pay deductions such as garnishments, group health, life, 401(k), disability, United Way, State, local and federal taxes, and worker’s compensation; process and balance.
- Process requests for payment of these obligations.

Required
- Do you have prior payroll processing work experience
Preferred
- Previous UKG (Ultimate Software) ABRA exposure a plus.
Education
Preferred
- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
- Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field
