Program Statement:
The Pre-Employment Screening program is a contracted program with Cuyahoga County Job and Family Services, which assesses and screens all applicants seeking cash assistance in Cuyahoga County. This clinician will expect to develop rapport with clients to obtain thorough and accurate information about strengths, abilities, and needs that prevent them from fulfilling participation requirements and securing and maintaining employment or self-sufficiency. Resources and referrals to community resources will be made as appropriate. Behavioral health assessments will be completed if applicable as well.
