Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland is seeking a Talent Management professional with proven success in staffing Behavioral Health services in Northeast Ohio. We are experiencing explosive growth in this program sector across our eight county service area and thus require an experienced Recruiter capable of collaboratively and creatively expanding our recruitment presence and attracting the region's best candidates for our Behavioral Health services programs. Our best candidate is a highly effective people and systems person with the grit to take ownership of the inherent challenging recruitment demands of this sector.
This recruiter will be joining an administrative service team on a temporary basis for three to 6 months.

What You Will Do:
Advertise and post jobs, screen, interview, test applicants, check references. May discuss organization, policy, wages, working conditions, and promotional opportunities with prospective employees.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to further develop Catholic Charities employee branding and to expand the content, reach and impact of our recruitment initiatives for our Behavioral Health services.
Administer recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes in support of our Behavioral Health services programs to effectively reduce days-to-hire and to avoid financial losses related to vacancies.
Attend and host career fairs and other networking events as appropriate.
Complete background checks in accordance with Catholic Charities’ and program guidelines.

Experience
Required
2 year(s): Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office software and HRIS (UKG) preferred. Experience with an applicant tracking system is mandatory.
3 year(s): Combination of education and experience normally represented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field with three to five years of related HR generalist experience.
