Program Summary: Matt Talbot Residential Treatment Program provides gender specific substance abuse treatment to adult residents with alcohol and/or other drug dependencies. We specialize in treating co-occurring illnesses of addiction and mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the activities of this position and relevant programs are consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland.
Provide weekly supervision to dependently licensed clinicians for the purpose of discussing clinical issues.
Promote a strength based, trauma informed and compassionate care culture.

Salary: Starting at $70,000 a year

***Given the 24/7 nature of the residential facility, the Residential SUD Unit Manager can be contacted by phone during nonstandard hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays by unit staff. In the event of an emergency on the unit, the Unit Manager is expected to be onsite.***

Experience
Preferred
Must be able to form good working and therapeutic relationships.
Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
3 - 5 years: Relevant supervisory experience
Education
Preferred
Masters or better in Clinical Mental Health Couneling or related field
Masters or better in Social Work or related field
