Catholic Charities, Diocese of Cleveland's Fatima Family Center is seeking mission driven Professionals with previous experience working in a daycare/after school care setting to join our team as our Site Administrator for our After School Program and Summer Camp. This is a vital role that is responsible for the daily operations, as well as, adhering to the ODJFS licensing regulations and SUTQ rating system.
Program Statement:
Fatima Family Center, located in Cleveland's Hough neighborhood, provides programs and services for all ages, including, cultural, leadership, and development activities for children and youth, homework assistance, summer camp, field trips, and recreational programs. Fatima also provides adult services including parenting classes, computer lab, health screenings, and food pantry. Older adults can benefit from socialization activities designed specifically for them.
What You Will Do:
Oversee daily operations at the site including but not limited to: supervision of staff, ensure compliance with ODJFS licensing requirements and SUTQ.
Provide training to support staff.
Participate in monitoring visits from ODJFS, SUTQ, and other funding sources as needed.
Create relationships with outside facilitators
Coordinate and develop curriculum for after school and summer camp activities that are age appropriate.

Bachelors or better in Education or related field
