Live-Stream Technician Part-Time
The Live-Stream Technician’s core role is to live-stream Sunday morning church services. The service times include a 9:00 AM contemporary service with a live band and singers and an 11:00 AM traditional service accompanied by the choir and organ. A successful candidate will know how to stream both services effectively and be responsible for preproduction materials for each service. A successful candidate will know how to stream both types of services to a high standard successfully.
The position is part-time (6-10 hours/week) and year-round. First Baptist Church will provide the equipment necessary to live-stream a service. The Live-Stream Technician can expect extra compensation for services rendered outside the auspicious of First Baptist Church.
The Live-Stream Technician’s duties are the following…
- Produce Sunday Morning live streams for both services
- Ensure that all equipment is functional before the start of the service
- Produce a high-quality stream to stay up on YouTube
- Provide clips of a live stream to appointed staff when asked
- Provide care and maintenance to all live stream equipment
- Make suggestions and write a budget for upgrades/repairs to the system.
- Work with the current technology personnel.
- Train and recruit lay leadership for any needed assistance.
A successful candidate has a personality that works well with a large staff and contributes to the vision of seeing First Baptist flourish. Formal education is not required. However, two years of live-streaming experience is encouraged.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Weekends only

- Shaker Heights, OH 44118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
