This gathering is for anyone who is in ministry at a high capacity, especially in the 2nd chair (i.e. Pastor, Executive, and/or Director level). We're creating a network that connects regional Ministry Executives together, so your local ministry work doesn't feel lonely, unsupported, and under-resourced.
Since XP Gathering launched in June 2021, we've seen a need and continued desire to create more spaces for Ministry Executives to connect with each other regionally. We have had over 75 Ministry Executives gathering in one of our Gatherings, and over 30 Churches represented.
As these times have challenged the church to stand up in One Accord, One Voice while staying Diverse, let's take a moment to show the world how impactful the Church can be if we intentionally worked together!
This June 2022 gathering, we've partnered with Antioch Church of Long Beach. We have two guest speakers: Ps Wayne Chaney, Lead Pastor at Antioch Church of Long Beach, and Warren Bird, Senior VP of Research at Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.
