The After School Supervisor (Grs. K-8) will help supervise students in the St. Timothy School’s After School program. The program must support the mission of the school and provide a positive learning environment that allows for students’ personal, social, spiritual and intellectual development. The After School Supervisor will be responsible for all students enrolled in the program. Daily expectations include; providing snacks, homework time and playground time. The Supervisor will work in conjunction with the After School Director to provide activities for the students, which include; art, science, music/dance, etc. The Supervisor is responsible for enforcing policies set forth in the St. Timothy School Handbook and rules governing students. The Supervisor must effectively communicate and be flexible in their approach to tasks. The Supervisor assures shared space is well maintained and left as found. The Supervisor reports to the Director of the After School Program.
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 to 6:00 pm and Fridays 12:30 to 6:00 pm
Requirements
Candidate must have experience working with children in a school or day camp setting. College student or bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
