Full Job Description
Responsible to Pastor of St. Camillus with oversight by Personnel Committee of AIN Leadership Council
FOCUS: The Development Coordinator will be the face of AIN in the community, affirming ongoing partners and seeking new partners/donors.
Responsibilities of AIN Development Coordinator:
Fortify relationships with existing donors
Cultivate relationships with potential individuals and groups to partner with AIN
Report weekly to the St. Camillus Pastor and to the Personnel Committee as needed
Coordinate the organization’s annual Thank You event
Coordinate AIN Alternative Christmas Market participation
Administrative Expectations:
Assist in retrieving and collecting data for service reports and funding proposals
Attend monthly AIN Leadership Council meetings to present the monthly report
Set and review quarterly goals with the AIN administrative team
Other tasks as requested by Pastor or AIN Leadership Council

Qualifications:
Desire to work in a faith-based social justice environment, respecting all faith traditions
Ability to work with donors, volunteers, and community partners
Strong writing and social media capabilities; bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
Computer literacy including Word, Excel; open to learning Network for Good resources
Strong organizational and time management skills; sound judgment and initiative
Ability to work efficiently with limited resources
Understand the importance and legality of confidentiality
Good work attitude and habits
Accountability:
AIN Development Coordinator is responsible to pastor of St. Camillus with oversight by Personnel Committee of the AIN Leadership Council.
Part-time employee of St. Camillus assigned to AIN
10 hours per week without benefits
